Refund Policy
Points Purchased with Real Money
Play and Learn with David sells point packs that can be purchased via Stripe or PayPal. Points are an in-platform currency used to redeem printable worksheets and other premium content. This policy explains when and how we provide refunds.
Unused Points โ Full Refund
If you have purchased a point pack and have not spent any of the points, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact form and select the Billing & Payments department, or email us directly with your order reference.
Partially Used Points โ No Refund on Used Portion
If you have spent some of the purchased points, we can only refund the value of the unspent portion, calculated at the same per-point rate as your original purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. Points already spent cannot be refunded.
Points Spent on Printouts
Once points have been spent to generate a printable worksheet, those points cannot be refunded. The printout is available for immediate download, which constitutes delivery of the digital product.
Unauthorised Purchases by a Child
If a child made a point pack purchase without the parent's knowledge or authorisation, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. Provide the order reference, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We review each case individually and will issue a full refund if the unauthorised purchase is verified. We take these situations seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.
How to Request a Refund
- Visit our Contact page.
- Select the Billing & Payments department.
- Include your registered email address, order reference, and the reason for your request.
Alternatively, you may email us directly. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and may take an additional 3โ7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer that you contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks carry administrative costs for all parties, and fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will always provide clear documentation in response to any chargeback dispute.
